  • Prepare one master logo file and check it on every product it will appear on.
  • If colours must match your club's brand exactly, confirm them with the team before ordering.
  • Send products, quantities and sizes through the contact page for pricing and timing.

Decide what the club needs

Start from what members actually train in, not from everything that could carry a logo. A typical club kit by discipline:

Club kit by discipline
DisciplineTypical club kitWorth knowing
BoxingBoxing gloves and boxing shortsEach member needs the glove weight that suits their training and your sparring rule
Muay Thai and kickboxingBoxing gloves, Muay Thai shorts and shinguardsMuay Thai shorts have a front name patch for each athlete's name
MMAMMA gloves, MMA shorts and rashguardsThe two rashguard sleeves are separate design zones
GrapplingRashguards and MMA shortsRashguards are compression wear: they are sized tight

Read the boxing glove weight guide Glove weight is chosen per member, from training and body weight.

Build one club design

A shared design makes a squad read as a team at weigh-ins, on camera and in a gym full of mixed kit. Keep it consistent across products:

  1. Choose one base colour, one secondary colour and one accent, and use them on every product.
  2. Put the club logo in the same role everywhere - the most visible printable area of each product.
  3. Use the accent colour on the small parts - outlines, straps, laces and trims - which is where a design gains definition.
  4. Keep the design identical across sizes; only the size or weight changes from member to member.

Printable areas differ by product, so check where the logo can go before you design around it:

Where a logo or name can be printed
ProductPrintable areas
Boxing gloves, strap or lacedOuter palm, outer thumb, wrist
MMA glovesBack of hand, knuckle cap, strap
MMA shortsFront, back
Muay Thai shortsFront, back, front name patch
Boxing shortsNone currently - colour only
MMA rashguardsFront, back, left sleeve, right sleeve
ShinguardsFront shin plate (text and uploaded images)

Boxing shorts currently take colour only, so carry the club identity on them through the colour system.

Collect sizes that actually fit

The most common problem in a club order is a size that was guessed. Ask every member for measurements, using the published charts:

What to collect from each member
ProductWhat to collectWhere to find the chart
Boxing glovesGlove weight in ounces, chosen from training and gym rulesBoxing glove weight guide
ShortsWaist measurement in cmFight gear size guide
RashguardsChest measurement in cmFight gear size guide
ShinguardsHeight and calf circumferenceSend both to the team for confirmation
  1. Send every member the size charts and ask for measurements, not the size they usually wear.
  2. Collect everything in one list: name, product, size or glove weight, and any name to be printed.
  3. Check any figure that looks out of line with the rest before you send the list.
  4. For XS, ask the team for measurements first - the published tables start at S.

Individual names on matching kit

Names make identical kit easy to tell apart in a busy gym. Muay Thai shorts have a dedicated front name patch, and every text item in the customizer has its own font, colour, size, position and rotation.

If each member's item needs its own name, say so when you contact the team and list each name next to the matching size or weight. The team will confirm how name variations are handled for your order.

How to place a club order

  1. Build the design for each product in the 3D customizer. If you have a KCG account, save the designs so you can return to them.
  2. Rotate every model and check each zone, the logo placement and the spelling of every name.
  3. Contact the team with the products, the quantity for each size or weight, any names, and the date you need the kit.
  4. Wait for the team to confirm pricing and timing before you commit.
  5. Once the order is placed, changes are possible within 24 hours; after that, production has started.

Plan around your event date

Every item is made to order after the order is confirmed, so the total time is production plus shipping. Lead times depend on the products and the current order volume, so give the team your event date when you first get in touch and they will tell you what is realistic.

Frequently asked questions

Can one club design be made in different sizes and glove weights?

Yes. One shared design can be produced across a range of sizes and glove weights, which is how most club orders work. Only the size or weight changes from member to member.

Is there a minimum quantity for a club order?

Contact the team with the products and quantities you need, and they will confirm what applies to your order. Every item is made to order from your design, so a club order is quoted on its products, sizes and quantities.

Can each item in a club order carry a different name?

Tell the team when you contact them and list each name next to the matching size or weight; they will confirm how name variations are handled for your order. Muay Thai shorts have a dedicated front name patch for exactly this.

Can you match our club's exact brand colours?

Contact the team before ordering with your reference colours, such as hex or Pantone codes, and they will confirm what can be matched. The 3D preview represents your design, but screen colours vary between devices, so it cannot guarantee an exact match on its own.

How far ahead should we order for an event?

Contact the team with your event date before you order. Every item is made to order and then shipped, and the lead time depends on the products and the current order volume, so the team will confirm what is realistic for your date.
