Who is this product for?

MMA, BJJ, no-gi grappling and any training on a mat. A rashguard is not a training top: it exists to reduce skin abrasion and to keep sweat off shared surfaces, and it only works when there is no loose fabric.

Paired with MMA shorts in the same palette it becomes a kit, which is what most team and club orders are looking for.

Materials and construction

Nine panels are produced as separate design areas, including the collar, side panels, trim outline and each sleeve independently.

Fabric composition, fabric weight, seam type and print method have not been published for this product. If you are buying for competition, confirm the rules of your ruleset and the product specification with the team first.

Available sizes

XS to XXL, sized on your chest measurement.

XXL110-116 cm96-102 cm72 cm76 cm

Sleeve length is measured from the shoulder seam. XS is available to order but has no published measurements yet - contact the team for them.

Between two sizes, take the smaller one. The fabric stretches, and a rashguard that is not tight is not doing its job - this is the opposite of the advice for shorts.

Customization options

The left and right sleeves are independent design zones, each with its own colour and its own logo placement. That allows a sponsor mark on one arm and a flag, crest or rank stripe on the other - asymmetry most rashguards cannot do.

  • Colour: nine zones set independently, including each sleeve and the collar.
  • Finish: normal, matte or metallic, chosen per zone.
  • Text: front, back, left sleeve or right sleeve.
  • Images: PNG or JPG up to 5 MB on any printable area.
  • Symbols: a built-in library, positioned and scaled where you want.

How to choose the right option

  1. Measure your chest around the widest point with your arms relaxed.
  2. Match it to the chest range in the table above.
  3. Between two sizes, take the smaller one.
  4. Check your gym or ruleset requirements if you are buying for competition.
  5. Confirm both sleeve designs in the 3D preview - they are separate zones and easy to leave at default.

The size is fixed at checkout and the piece is cut after you order, so measure before confirming.

Care instructions

Wash after every session, cold and inside out, with no fabric softener - softener coats the fibres and reduces wicking. No tumble dryer and no iron on printed areas.

  1. Turn the rashguard inside out straight after training.
  2. Wash cold, without fabric softener.
  3. Hang to dry, away from direct heat.
  4. Do not iron over printed areas.

Washing it every session matters more than for other apparel: a rashguard is worn for hygiene, and an unwashed one works against that.

Specific detergents, sprays and cleaning products have not been confirmed as safe for this product. Check with the team before using anything beyond a cold wash.

Production and delivery

Nothing is held in stock. Each rashguard is cut, printed and assembled to the design you submit, and production begins once your order is confirmed. The design and size can be changed within 24 hours of ordering; after that, production has started and the specification is locked.

KCG Boxing ships internationally. Delivery cost and time depend on the destination. Customs duties and import taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.

Frequently asked questions

Should a rashguard be tight?

Yes. It is compression wear and should be snug everywhere with no loose fabric, which is what prevents bunching, chafing and giving a grappling partner something to grip.

If it feels like a normal T-shirt, it is too large.

What size should I order?

Size on your chest measurement: 86-92 cm is S, 92-98 cm M, 98-104 cm L, 104-110 cm XL and 110-116 cm XXL.

Between two sizes, take the smaller one, because the fabric stretches and the garment only works when tight.

Can the two sleeves have different designs?

Yes. The left and right sleeves are separate design zones with their own colours and their own logo placements, so each arm can carry different artwork.

That is what makes it possible to put a sponsor on one arm and a flag or gym crest on the other.
